The Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) seeks a Program Manager (ITPM-M/ETS) to lead the HCMACS PMO and guide the enterprise EHR implementation and sustainment across agencies in Washington. The role drives master schedules, staff supervision, and project management artifacts to ensure success.

This project position offers telework with required on-site presence in Olympia and occasional travel, reporting to HCA leadership.

Qualifications

• Option 1 requires a Master’s degree and 3 years IT management experience.
• Option 2 requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years IT management experience.
• Option 3 requires 9 years IT management experience.
• Option 4 requires 3 years as IT Senior Level Supervisor in State Government.

Responsabilités

• Manage the HCMACS Program Schedule in Jira and Microsoft Project in collaboration with program leadership.
• Serve as the technical program management advisor to program leadership responsible for EHR implementation across agencies.
• Provide advanced EHR expertise to lead and manage the multi-agency PMO ensuring on time and on budget delivery.
• Support rapid hiring and contracting of key staff and vendors to resource the program.
• Oversee onboarding of staff and vendors including access provisioning to systems and equipment.
• Provide strategic direction and advanced EHR implementation guidance aligned with the program roadmap.
• Set up regular touchpoints to support milestones and objectives.
• Serve as contract manager for vendors such as OCM and QA.
• Facilitate PMO meetings and working groups.
