Qualifikationen

• Five+ years of enterprise systems analysis or information governance.
• Experience implementing or administering an Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS).
• Experience applying records retention schedules in public agencies or regulated environments.
• Experience designing automated workflows for document lifecycle management and defensible destruction.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms with data lakes, analytics environments, or AI-enabled systems.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders including Legal, IT Security, leadership, and operations.
• Experience leading complex enterprise technology projects with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Lead deployment, configuration, integration, and ongoing administration of the District’s EDRMS platform.
• Oversee enterprise-wide data and document classification using AI-enabled tools with validation for compliance.
• Administer and enforce retention schedules across all document types and business units.
• Design, implement, and manage automated document destruction workflows with Legal and executives.
• Coordinate with Cybersecurity to implement metadata-driven access control frameworks.
• Ensure governance of data flowing into the District’s data lake and data quality checks.
• Manage removal of data from enterprise systems and analytics platforms when no longer authorized.
• Develop system documentation and governance standards; create user training materials.
• Serve as project manager for complex system enhancements and cross-functional initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, database, and integration issues.
• Provide technical guidance and lead-level support to staff.
• Ensure compliance with information security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
