Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS, Engineering, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of CMMS/EAM experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience using HxGN EAM.
• Experience with databases and SQL against relational databases.
• Experience developing reports using BI & analytics tools.
• Experience integrating CMMS with other systems.
• Ability to map business processes to technical configurations.
• Creativity in analyzing data relationships and deriving insights.

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of safety and accountability; ensure compliance with policies and OSHA regulations.
• Supervise end-users of asset management systems; create training materials and deliver reports.
• Collaborate with supervisors, users, developers, and system leads to improve field apps.
• Support implementation and updates of EAM software.
• Oversee data analysis for data quality, work and asset performance, and safety.
• Support CMMS data integrations with multiple business systems.
• Manage and support mobile application development.
• Prepare performance reports using BI analytics visualizations and dashboards.
