You will manage classification, retention, access controls, and destruction workflows while coordinating with Legal, Cybersecurity, and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of enterprise systems analysis and governance experience.
• Experience with EDMS/EDRMS implementations and data-lifecycle workflows.
• Experience coordinating across Legal, IT Security, and executive leadership.
• Knowledge of metadata-driven access control and data lake governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, configuration, and ongoing administration of the EDRMS.
• Oversee AI-enabled classification with human validation for compliance.
• Administer retention schedules and defensible destruction workflows.
• Coordinate access controls and governance with Cybersecurity and Legal.
• Develop system documentation and governance standards.
• Serve as project manager for enterprise-wide initiatives.
