Job summary

HDR is seeking a senior connectivity leader to own service delivery for enterprise connectivity, including datacenter edge, office LAN/WAN, branch networking, wireless, firewall, and public/private cloud connectivity in an on-site Omaha setting.

You will manage connectivity engineers and leads, oversee governance, budgeting, and vendor relations, and collaborate with cybersecurity, architecture, and operations teams to ensure dependable, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of network engineering or enterprise infrastructure experience.
• Proven track record leading technical teams.
• Experience with IT service management and incident leadership.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage connectivity engineers and leads; set expectations for delivery and growth.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization for connectivity services.
