Guardian Life is seeking a Head of Distribution Strategy to translate senior leadership direction into an enterprise-wide growth plan. You will coordinate across Distribution, Product, Technology, CRM, Marketing, Finance, Risk and Compliance to align investments and governance for sustainable growth.

You will develop data-supported business cases, identify expansion opportunities, and drive cross-functional execution while balancing regulatory considerations and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in distribution strategy, sales strategy, enterprise strategy, or related disciplines in financial services.
• Proven ability to translate senior-leader strategy into enterprise plans, market choices, investments, and roadmaps.
• Experience collaborating across sales, wealth management, product, technology, CRM, marketing, finance, risk and compliance.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms, data integration, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent executive communication, PowerPoint development, storytelling, and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Translate the distribution strategy into integrated enterprise plans, priorities, and roadmaps.
