Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales enablement, distribution strategy, CRM, or BI roles with leadership experience.
• Proven track record building or expanding CRM capabilities within sales/distribution orgs; Salesforce preferred.
• Experience leading teams in sales analytics, performance management, or planning.
• Advanced Power BI and Excel skills to build dashboards and automate reporting.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled sales capabilities and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead Distribution sales enablement strategy for PO and 3P channels.
• Define CRM needs, configure scalable solutions, and drive user adoption.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and actionable sales insights.
• Identify producer and market opportunities; guide prioritized engagement.
• Partner with Enterprise Data and Tech to translate capabilities into solutions.
