Guardian Life seeks a Head of Distribution Strategy to convert enterprise strategy into actionable plans. You will align investments, governance, and execution across Distribution, Product, CRM, Marketing, and Compliance to drive sustainable growth.

Serve as a strategic connector, develop data-based business cases, and lead executive communications to guide enterprise priorities and change initiatives.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive experience in distribution or enterprise strategy.
• Experience translating senior-leader strategy into enterprise plans.
• Experience working across sales, product, technology, CRM, marketing, risk and compliance functions.
• Strong executive communication, PowerPoint development, and stakeholder influence.

• Translate the Head of Distribution's strategy into an integrated enterprise plan and roadmaps.
• Coordinate priorities across business lines and establish shared accountability.
• Develop data-supported business cases with opportunity size, investment, risks, and dependencies.
• Define CRM needs and partner with Sales Enablement to translate priorities into seller actions and dashboards.
• Lead executive communications and drive change across functions.
