• 10+ years in distribution/enterprise strategy within financial services.
• Proven ability to translate senior leadership strategy into enterprise plans and roadmaps.
• Experience aligning strategy with risk/compliance, product, CRM, and marketing functions.
• Ability to leverage data to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic recommendations.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, data integration, analytics, and digital transformation.
