Competenze

• 10+ years in sales enablement, distribution strategy, CRM, or BI with leadership.
• Experience building CRM capabilities, Salesforce preferred.
• Experience leading sales analytics, performance management, or planning.
• Advanced Power BI and Excel skills for dashboards and reporting.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled sales features and digital assistants.
• Ability to translate complex information into actionable strategies.
