Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in distribution/sales strategy, enterprise strategy, or related discipline within financial services environments.
• Proven ability translating senior-leader strategy into enterprise plans, market choices, investment priorities, business cases, and roadmaps.
• Experience collaborating with multiple functions (Sales, Wealth Management, Product, Technology, CRM, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance).
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms, data integration, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate the strategic direction into an integrated enterprise plan, initiatives, governance, KPIs, and roadmaps.
• Identify markets and growth opportunities using data from available tools; articulate opportunity size and investment needs.
• Coordinate priorities across business lines with shared accountability for enterprise growth.
• Define CRM data connections and requirements; translate priorities into seller-facing actions and CRM enhancements.
• Engage Risk and Compliance early to define boundaries and incorporate controls into roadmaps.
• Create executive-level materials and communicate decisions, milestones, and expected outcomes.
