Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in distribution/sales/enterprise strategy in financial services.
• Experience translating senior-leader strategy into enterprise plans and roadmaps.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, finance, risk, and compliance.
• Experience using data to evaluate growth opportunities and support strategic recommendations.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms, data integration, analytics, and digital transformation.
• Exceptional executive communication, PowerPoint development, and strategic storytelling.
