Job summary

LaunchDarkly is seeking an Enterprise Developer Advocate to design and own a new motion from pilot to repeatable practice, focused on education-first technical sessions inside large accounts. You will build champions, work with account teams, and surface expansion opportunities based on data.

You will run sessions tailored to each account's stack, protect the educational nature of the motion, and shape how it scales as you prove what works.

Qualifications

• A background spanning at least two of: developer advocacy, solutions engineering, developer education, technical marketing.
• Ability to teach and run education-first technical sessions for enterprise engineers.
• Strong credibility with senior engineers and architecture leaders.
• Experience in running repeatable programs and managing stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Build the enterprise developer advocacy motion from pilot to repeatable practice.
• Design and run education-first technical sessions inside large accounts.
• Develop internal champions and hand off work to field teams.
• Maintain non-promotional, educational focus of sessions and avoid sales pitches.
• Instrument pilots, produce readouts, and adapt based on data.
• Define scaling plans and future playbooks for advocates.
