• You've been a developer or a customer-facing technologist and can troubleshoot an SDK integration.
• Genuine empathy for developers.
• Curiosity about funnels, activation, conversion; you want to design something, measure the results, and improve it.
• Fluent with AI tools; you already build your own workflows.

Responsibilities

• Activate high-intent signups and aid enterprise trials with timely follow-up.
• Provide personalized, helpful outreach to solve installation issues and provide resources.
• Create tutorials, videos, and posts under your name to build public voice.
• Deliver first-success content and run sessions and office hours.
• Build AI-assisted outreach workflows and stay engaged with results.
• Report back on activation performance to inform targeting and onboarding.
• Route conversations to the correct teams and ensure clean handoffs.
