Job summary

Fuel Talent LLC is seeking an IT Support Analyst - Desktop to provide responsive, customer-focused technical support across enterprise hardware, software, and systems in Lincoln, Nebraska. The role involves assisting internal and external customers with issues related to devices and software, and ensuring timely problem resolution.

The ideal candidate will interpret and resolve inquiries, document incidents, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical users, including after-hours

Qualifications

Associate degree in Information Science or related field or equivalent experience.
Equivalent experience/training in MCDST or related certifications (A+, Network+, MCSE) preferred.
Windows 10/11 endpoint proficiency including M365 and Virtual workspaces in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

Interpret, evaluate, resolve and test client inquiries or issues pertaining to hardware and software.
Analyze requests to determine appropriate technical area or vendor to resolve problem.
Alert clients and team when a major problem is suspected.
Document and track status of client inquiries/incidents and coordinate response.
Translate technical details into business language for customers.
Support after-hours issues on an on-call schedule.
