Job summary

Heartland Business Systems, LLC. is seeking an IT Services Technician to deliver desktop and server support, network and firewall maintenance, and remote assistance for multiple client environments. You will balance technical tasks with customer service in a fast-paced managed services team.

The role requires hands-on experience with Windows endpoints, network equipment, and incident response, with opportunities for on-call rotation and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT service, systems or network administration.
• Experience with desktop and server support in a managed services context.
• Experience with Windows endpoints and domain/workgroup environments.

Responsibilities

• Respond to auto-generated ticket alerts, track and resolve requests.
• Monitor tickets in the system and respond per SLA.
• Perform proactive maintenance on switches, firewalls, servers, and workstations.
• Provide remote support for network devices and servers.
• Escalate tickets as needed and assist with documentation.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotations with compensation.
