Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic level of workstation support to assigned users, including installation and troubleshooting of workstation hardware and software.
• Train customers and document procedures; assist with workstation security administration.
• Troubleshoot desktop and endpoint issues submitted by the enterprise; maintain documentation.
