Job summary

Everon is seeking an Enterprise Design Manager to lead the enterprise solutions group, oversee design and specification development, and collaborate with consultants, integrators, and distributors. The role involves travel to customer sites, developing technology solutions, and presenting recommendations to NAM teams.

The ideal candidate has proven project management skills, engineering or technical background, and the ability to drive dense design projects with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering, Technical Field, or equivalent successful experience in a similar control industry role.
• Proven Project Management skills.
• Willing to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine scopes of work, design drawings and project task schedules.
• Provide support to the service team with technology support.
• Supervisory responsibilities: develop and manage a team of Sales Engineers.
• Travel to customer locations to gather information and present recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts and correspondence.
