Job summary
Devoteam is seeking a Lead Architect to drive enterprise OutSystems solutions, shaping architectures and guiding cross-functional teams. You will translate business needs into scalable designs, ensure governance and performance, and mentor engineers to raise technical excellence.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in OutSystems with leadership experience, strong communication, and fluency in English. Proficiency with Jira or Azure DevOps is required.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.
- OutSystems experience is required and a senior/lead background is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of software engineering principles and patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD, distributed architectures, microservices, and domain-driven design.
- Understanding OutSystems security model and architecture.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer needs and business requirements into actionable architectures.
- Lead design and delivery of complex enterprise-grade applications on OutSystems.
- Design future-proof applications with sound architecture principles for performance and governance.
- Drive assessments to eliminate technical debt and align teams.
- Promote reusable code assets and architecture patterns across projects.
- Grow team capabilities and mentor others on architecture and best practices.
- Use development background to provide strong advisory support.
