Job summary

Rec is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join our early team and help define the operations, business strategy, and culture of the organization. You will collaborate with operations, sales, product, and engineering leaders to ensure successful enterprise city partnerships.

You should have 3-6 years in customer success with enterprise experience, and you will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution across onboarding, renewals, and expansions.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in Customer Success at a tech company or startup, or at a top consulting/finance firm.
• 2+ years enterprise client management.
• Strong client-services experience with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and data-driven insights.
• Strategic problem solving using first principles.
• Excellent project management across multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, retain, and grow city partner accounts. Lead onboarding of new cities and renewals/expansions.
• Own the customer relationship with city executives and senior leadership.
• Build customer success processes and playbooks to support excellent experiences.
• Synthesize learnings cross-functionally to shape product and sales decisions.
