Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in project management, computer science, or related technical field is required.
7 years of relevant work experience is required.
An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain enterprise standards for project delivery, SDLC, governance, and lifecycle management.
Develop playbooks, templates, and toolkits to enable consistent execution across teams.
Define structured approaches for planning, milestone management, and risk control.
Lead efforts to embed standardized practices into day-to-day delivery execution.
Coach project managers and delivery teams on best practices and disciplined execution.
Partner with leaders to reinforce accountability and operating rhythm alignment.
Define and implement enterprise delivery KPIs (schedule adherence, milestone performance, risk trends, dependency health).
Ensure consistent tracking of progress against baseline plans across all initiatives.
Enable portfolio-level visibility through standard dashboards and reporting frameworks.
Identify systemic delivery risks and performance gaps using aggregated data.
Deliver consistent, high-quality reporting on execution status, risks, and trends.
