Job summary

Tucson Electric Power Company is seeking an experienced Principal, Enterprise Execution & Standards Oversight to lead enterprise-level governance across project delivery and PMOs. You will define standards, drive consistent reporting, and partner with SCO to embed change leadership while aligning portfolios within a hub-and-spoke model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Project/Program Management, IT, Organizational Leadership, or a related field with extensive PM/PMO knowledge.
• Experience establishing or operating enterprise project/program delivery standards, governance frameworks, stage gates, and portfolio reporting.
• 10+ years in enterprise program/portfolio delivery, PMO operations, or governance, including cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise project and program delivery standards, templates, and an enterprise playbook.
• Standardize portfolio reporting and provide decision-quality information to executives across portfolios.
• Establish enterprise-wide risk, issue, and change control practices with an enterprise RAID framework.
• Align functional PMOs to enterprise priorities and provide unified standards, tools, and insights for enterprise execution.
• Partner with SCO to embed change leadership into PMO execution and develop a single source of truth for enterprise visibility.
