Job summary

Tucson Electric Power seeks a Principal to lead Enterprise Execution & Standards Oversight, aligning PMOs and delivery teams under a hub-and-spoke model. You’ll define enterprise standards, governance, and reporting to ensure transparent delivery across the portfolio.

Reporting to the Director of the Enterprise Execution Office, you will drive cross-functional alignment, change leadership integration, and continuous improvement of delivery practices across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Project/Program Management, IT, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
10+ years of experience in enterprise program/portfolio delivery, PMO operations, or enterprise standards and governance.

Responsibilities

Define, maintain, and evolve enterprise project and program delivery standards, including templates and governance maps.
Standardize enterprise portfolio reporting for executives and leaders with consistent, decision-quality information.
Establish enterprise-wide risk and issue management practices including RAID classification and escalation thresholds.
Connect strategy, planning, execution, and outcomes to ensure an integrated enterprise system across portfolios.
Translate cross-portfolio delivery data into clear tradeoffs and recommended actions for leadership.
