Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus extensive PMI PMO/portfolio delivery experience.
• Experience establishing enterprise standards, governance, and reporting.
• 10+ years in enterprise program delivery and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise delivery standards, governance, and playbooks.
• Standardize portfolio reporting with executive dashboards and KPIs.
• Oversee risk, issue, and change control across portfolios.
• Align PMOs to enterprise priorities within hub-and-spoke model.
