Jobtailor in the United States seeks a Delivery Manager to lead software delivery across product and engineering teams. You will own the delivery plan, coordinate milestones with internal and external partners, and drive agile ceremonies, backlogs, and release schedules.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of delivery management, solid API and data-pipeline understanding, and a proven ability to turn ambiguity into actionable plans while keeping leadership informed with clear status and timelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing software delivery for product or engineering teams.
• Experience coordinating one program across multiple vendors or partners and several internal teams.
• Strong Agile fluency, including running ceremonies, managing backlogs, and adapting processes.
• Technical depth to follow conversations about APIs, data pipelines, environments, and releases.
• Ability to turn ambiguous workstreams into an actionable plan.
• Experience managing dependencies and timelines across teams not directly managed.
• Fluency with Jira, Asana, GitHub, or Linear.
• Ability to communicate status and tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Adaptable, resilient, proactive, driven, resourceful, highly organized, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Run the delivery plan for the platform, coordinating milestones and dependencies between teams
• Own Agile ceremonies and maintain sprints, backlogs, and release schedules
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams and external partners
• Track blockers and scope changes and drive decisions with appropriate stakeholders
• Manage release coordination across environments and teams
• Provide leadership and stakeholders with current status and timeline visibility
• Build and evolve delivery processes as the team scales
• Report to the VP, Product
