Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in large-scale, high-growth organizations.
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong grounding in SDLC, Agile methodologies, distributed systems, and enterprise-scale platforms.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures (AWS), microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD/DevOps.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to influence both technical and executive audiences.
• Expertise in program planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and governance.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making.
• Experience defining and managing KPIs, operational metrics, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of complex technical programs from planning and prioritization through execution, launch, and post-implementation review.
• Drive business-critical initiatives, including Agent- and Client-facing features, across multi-team, multi-location efforts.
• Coordinate engineering, product, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Establish program governance, reporting, and execution standards.
• Partner with engineering leadership on quarterly and annual roadmaps.
• Track KPIs, operational metrics, and executive dashboards.
• Champion Agile delivery and improve developer productivity, delivery efficiency, and engineering velocity.
• Translate complex technical concepts into executive-level, data-driven communications.
