Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of experience in business analysis, system implementation or project management OR 6 years of experience in business analysis, system implementation, or project management.
• Clear and concise written, presentation, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience working across various departments and management levels, handling sensitive or difficult situations.
• Experience developing and delivering formal training to internal and external customers.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner on cross-enterprise implementations of new products or product enhancements.
• Support implementations critical to account retention, market relevancy, and legislative and regulatory initiatives.
• Serve as a resource within the Product Implementation Team.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners from business case analysis through implementation following the SDLC.
• Drive planning, requirements gathering, and cost/resource estimate breakdowns.
• Outline, create solutions, and deliver overall product implementations.
• Monitor compliance with industry and HCSC standards and processes.
