Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical work experience in software delivery.
• 10+ years software engineering/delivery experience.
• 6+ years leadership experience and proven experience leading managers or multiple delivery teams.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years software delivery experience preferred.
• 8+ years experience managing Delivery Managers and multi-team portfolios with governance.
• Pre-employment verification and background checks as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Digital Delivery Managers across multiple software teams.
• Oversee delivery of software solutions and digital product initiatives.
• Manage delivery planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Direct adoption of SDLC practices, governance, and delivery standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, DevOps, security, and senior leaders.
• Monitor delivery performance with metrics, dashboards, and risk reviews.
• Support hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Drive continuous improvement, delivery predictability, and team health.
• Identify and resolve complex risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Support strategic planning, roadmap execution, and technology transformation.
