Qualifications

• 5+ years’ applicable experience.
• 2+ years’ specialized or industry experience.
• Strong technical background in software development, systems architecture, cloud engineering, cloud architecture, or application development.
• Experience managing multiple complex programs simultaneously using Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority, build alignment, and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Communicate program status, risks, decisions, and recommended actions to stakeholders.
• Improve program management practices, delivery processes, and team collaboration.
