You will act as the senior delivery leader, owning program governance, risks, scope, milestones, and costs while coordinating with Sales, Finance, Engineering and Systems Integrator Partners to ensure customer satisfaction, measurable ROI, and successful realization of business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams and programs.
• Strong track record in phase gate development and scheduling.
• Proven ability to manage contracts and financial performance.
• Bachelor's degree required; legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer enterprise solution development and implementations.
• Lead customer teams to drive satisfaction, improvement, and program financials.
• Manage customer programs, contracts, and business relationships.
• Lead multi-disciplined delivery teams across people, process, and technology.
• Lead and direct Project Managers and consulting teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Partners.
• Evaluate proposed solutions, assess risks, and plan implementations.
• Oversee scope delivery and acceptance with milestones and resources.
• Govern program standards and serve as the senior delivery leader.
• Act as the single point of accountability for customers and sponsors.
• Lead program delivery processes, change requests, artifacts, phase gates, resources, costs.
• Establish objectives and direct program teams.
• Facilitate program management processes across the business.
• Manage customer communications, expectations, and commitments.
• Serve as central client contact throughout the program lifecycle.
• Achieve customer satisfaction and business objective realization.
• Coordinate PM reviews and publish metrics and reports.
• Maintain program KPI metrics for quality and delivery.
• Lead teams in identifying risks and mitigation actions.
• Integrate program risks and requirements across projects.
• Provide monthly status updates on milestones and high-risk areas.
• Manage and drive Quarterly Business Review processes.
• Lead continuous improvement of customer relationship performance and satisfaction.
• Communicate regularly with customers and internal teams to align with expectations.
