Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Delivery Leader in the United States. You will drive end-to-end platform initiatives, own roadmaps, and coordinate cross-functional teams through cloud migrations, automation, and policy enforcement.

You will govern planning events, run agile ceremonies, and ensure compliance artifacts are delivered while working with SRE and DevSecOps to validate requirements before deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 7+ years in infrastructure engineering or related roles.
• Deep knowledge of cloud, network, database, storage, platform and middleware.
• Experience delivering technical programs in enterprise IT or platform engineering.
• Strong understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP and modern CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional platform initiatives.
• Own delivery plans, roadmaps, milestones, and critical path definitions.
• Facilitate large programs like cloud migrations, automation, observability, and policy enforcement.
• Run planning, standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Drive delivery via SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models.
• Coordinate infrastructure provisioning, cloud resources, and migration activities.
• Manage dependencies, risk, and blocker resolution across teams.
• Ensure operational artifacts (SLOs, runbooks, docs, compliance evidence) are delivered.
