Job summary

Scale AI in New York is seeking a senior member of the Deal Desk/Pricing team to own day-to-day pricing execution for Enterprise deals, including ROI modeling and staffing inputs. You will build and maintain pricing dashboards and collaborate with leadership to track pricing and margins.

Partnering with the Deal Desk Manager, you will design customer-specific deal structures for complex arrangements, drive faster cycle times by resolving bottlenecks, and coordinate across Sales, Finance, Legal,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in finance, deal desk, sales ops, or related fields.
• Experience with pricing, ROI modeling, and deal structuring.
• Strong financial modeling and data-driven decision making.
• Experience navigating enterprise sales cycles.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Owns day-to-day deal pricing execution for Enterprise deals.
• Builds pricing dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Partners with Deal Desk Manager on structuring complex deals.
• Identifies bottlenecks to accelerate deal cycle time.
• Coordinates with Sales, Accounting, Finance, Legal for approvals.
• Supports quarterly strategy, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
