Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data strategy, or digital transformation roles.
• Proven track record leading a major data or digital transformation end-to-end.
• Strong data engineering fundamentals: deep understanding of how data is structured, organized, modeled, and managed.
• Experience designing data operating models and enterprise data strategies.
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms, preferably Snowflake.
• AI/ML knowledge to identify use cases, guide implementation, and embed ML in business processes.
• Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to drive execution across global, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, influencing across all levels.
