Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in data engineering, data management, data strategy, analytics, or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of the organization’s data strategy and roadmap.
• Assess current data capabilities and identify gaps in governance, quality, accessibility, and management.
• Help design and implement data operating models, governance processes, and ownership structures.
• Partner with business and technology teams to define data requirements and priorities.
• Coordinate data-related projects, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Work with data engineering and architecture teams on data models, pipelines, integration, and cloud data platforms.
• Support Snowflake and other modern data platform initiatives.
• Help identify AI, machine learning, and analytics use cases aligned with business needs.
• Develop and track KPIs for data quality, governance, adoption, and project progress.
• Prepare presentations, status updates, and recommendations for stakeholders.
