Spectrum is seeking an Enterprise Data Sales Lead for Auto, Financial Services and Travel/Hospitality in the United States. The role focuses on enterprise conversations, outbound motion, and co-selling with Category Sales and Solutions Engineering to drive 7-figure deals.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in enterprise hunter sales, strong data/privacy fluency, and an active executive network. Base pay ranges from $185,000 to $210,000 with potential bonuses and commission.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise hunter sales experience, selling high-ticket data platforms or SaaS solutions.
• Proven track record of closing 7-figure enterprise deals ($1M+ ARR) with multi-year expansion.
• Experience navigating complex matrixed organizations and overlay/co-selling motions.
• Fluency in translating technical data applications into business value for non-technical executives.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain target-account lists across Auto, Financial Services, and Travel/Hospitality.
• Map buying committees across marketing, CRM, data science, and finance.
• Lead senior-level brand conversations around LATIS use cases and market sizing.
• Qualify opportunities and hand off to Solutions Engineering for feasibility and PoCs.
• Partner with Category Sales for vertical relationships and co-selling when needed.
• Own commercial momentum from qualification through proposal and close.
