Fivetran and dbt Labs are joining forces to deliver a data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data from the moment it moves through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.

The Enterprise Sales Director will lead the expansion of our enterprise customer base throughout the Pacific Northwest, identifying new business opportunities and driving long, complex sales cycles with a consultative approach.

Qualifications

• 4+ years closing experience in technology sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into a consultative sale.
• Excellent verbal, written and in-person communication to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills to manage long, intricate sales cycles.
• Comfortable working in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
• A passion for inclusivity and community collaboration.
• Experience with SQL or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from lead to ongoing utilization for commercial prospects.
• Organize POC implementations of dbt Cloud Enterprise.
• Lead and contribute to team projects that develop our sales process.
• Work with product to build and maintain the dbt Cloud commercial roadmap.
• Become an expert in SQL, dbt, and commercial data operations.
