Job summary

Fivetran is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to own the full sales cycle from lead to ongoing utilization for commercial prospects across the Pacific Northwest. You will identify new opportunities, drive deals, and expand our dbt Cloud Enterprise footprint.

Collaborate with product to build the commercial roadmap, organize POC implementations, and contribute to a high‑performing sales team in a fast‑paced, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years closing experience in technology sales.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them in a consultative sale.
• Excellent verbal, written, and in-person communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to navigate long, intricate sales cycles involving multiple client teams.
• Inclusive teammate with community involvement and adaptability.
• Experience with SQL or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from lead to ongoing utilization for commercial prospects.
• Organize POC implementations of dbt Cloud Enterprise.
• Lead and contribute to team projects that develop our sales process.
• Work with product to build and maintain the dbt Cloud commercial roadmap.
• Become an expert in SQL, dbt, and commercial data operations.
• Be an active member of the dbt open source community.
