DMD Systems Recovery LLC is seeking an Enterprise Data Centre Business Development Director to drive growth with data center operators, cloud providers, and major IT infrastructure firms in the U.S. This hunter role targets net-new logos and strategic opportunities across migrations, hardware refreshes, and modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B sales experience in ITAD or related tech industries.
• Experience leading six- and seven-figure deals with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets with Fortune 1000/5000-level clients.
• IT hardware knowledge and ITAD process including data security and e-waste regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• CRM software proficiency and MS Office (Excel).

Responsibilities

• New business development targeting enterprise-owned data centers, colocation providers, cloud providers, and infrastructure organizations.
• Develop and execute account strategies for net-new logos and expansion.
• Present solutions highlighting data security, environmental compliance, and value recovery.
• Create proposals and respond to RFPs; collaborate with operations and technical teams.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and provide regular forecasting and reporting.
