Job summary

ThoughtSpot in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a highly capable Customer Success Architect to own the technical relationship with strategic customers. You will design production-ready deployments, build scalable architectures, and ensure successful go-lives while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success leadership.

You will drive architecture that handles real usage and data volume, empower teams, and transform customer insights into action.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical architect owning a customer relationship and deployments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data modeling, governance, and security.
• Ability to discuss technical details with a customer data or platform team without an SE.
• Demonstrates fast-paced, empowered accountability in delivery and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship as the single architect trusted by strategic customers.
• Design for production with data models, embedding patterns, and governance that scale.
• Deliver deployments from kickoff to production and unblock go-lives.
• Create reusable architecture patterns for future customers.
• Represent the customer voice to Product; feed back platform improvements.
• Document playbooks so architecture relies less on tribal knowledge.
