Job summary

ThoughtSpot in Chicago, IL is seeking a Customer Success Architect to serve as the technical backbone for our strategic deployments. You’ll architect scalable, production-ready solutions that empower customers to succeed with ThoughtSpot Analytics.

In this in-office role, you’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success leadership, turning real customer needs into reliable, governed deployments and reusable patterns that speed future deployments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate AI literacy and ability to integrate AI into daily workflows.
• Write effective prompts to get accurate results from AI tools.
• Experience communicating with enterprise customers and translating requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship and architect deployment models inside customer environments.
• Design production-ready data models, embedding patterns, and governance.
• Lead deployments from kickoff to production and unblock blockers.
• Create reusable deployment patterns for future customers.
• Represent customer feedback to Product to improve the platform.
• Document architecture playbooks to reduce tribal knowledge.
