Job summary

Accenture is seeking a growth-focused Sales capture professional in California to originate and close complex data and AI opportunities. You will lead early-stage positioning, engage senior buyers, and coordinate across service groups to win mega deals leveraging Snowflake, Databricks, and ecosystem partners.

The role requires extensive experience in selling data solutions, cloud migration, and analytics, with a proven track record of quota attainment and end-to-end sales leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years selling data solutions and cloud analytics to enterprise clients.
• 2+ years selling Snowflake and/or Databricks platforms.
• 5+ years selling into Financial Services, Communications/Media/Tech, Products, Public Sector or Resources.
• 8+ years Sales Pursuit Management experience.
• 2+ years direct sales with quota of $10M.

Responsibilities

• Create solutions to complex technology business problems requiring deep client insight.
• Interact with senior client and Accenture leadership to shape pursuit strategies.
• Direct team sales activities and drive early-stage positioning.
• Mobilize ecosystem partners (AWS, MS, SAP) for mega deals and ROPO outcomes.
• Manage full sales cycle from identification to closing and reporting.
