You’ll hunt for new revenue from Southern California to Arizona, coordinating with RF engineers and legal teams to close complex contracts while maintaining an aggressive sales cadence.

This individual-contributor role emphasizes closing, pipeline-building, and strategic playbooks, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of enterprise B2B solution-selling experience with emphasis on DAS, ERRCS, and Small Cells.
• Active network and deep relationships within CRE, Healthcare, or Hospitality across SoCal and Arizona.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar B2B sales quotas.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing high-value DAS and ERRCS deals across assigned territories.
• Build and execute tailored go-to-market strategies targeting real estate development, healthcare, and hospitality.
• Lead complex multi-stakeholder contracts including carrier- and vendor-funded models.
• Manage account relationships through deployment, ensuring customer success and maximizing lifetime value.
• Maintain CRM hygiene for forecasting and pipeline management.
