Job summary

Old Dominion Freight Line is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect to design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive security architecture across on‑prem and cloud environments. You will lead strategies, collaborate with senior leadership, and guide security controls, risk assessments, and governance.

The role requires 10+ years in cybersecurity, strong knowledge of NIST/ISO frameworks, and experience with SIEM, DLP, IDS/IPS, and cloud security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience with leadership in enterprise environments.
• Experience applying NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS and other frameworks in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive cybersecurity architecture strategy aligned with business goals.
• Design secure IT environments including network, cloud, identity, data protection, and endpoint security.
• Oversee governance, risk assessments, and incident response planning across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and third‑party teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
