Job summary

Old Dominion Freight Line is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect to lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive cybersecurity architecture across on‑premises and cloud environments. You will guide security strategy, governance, and incident response while aligning with NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 standards to protect critical logistics systems.

The role requires 10+ years in cybersecurity with leadership experience, strong threat intelligence, and DevSecOps integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of a comprehensive cybersecurity architecture strategy.
• Design secure IT environments including network, cloud, endpoint, IAM, and data protection.
• Oversee security controls for on-premises and cloud infrastructure; ensure regulatory compliance.
