You will bridge PM and CS disciplines, guiding complex configurations and cross-functional execution while maintaining accountability for project dates and outcomes. Expect 25% travel to client sites.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 8–12 years experience, or advanced degree with 4–8 years.
• Experience in customer success, account management, or implementation in B2B SaaS.
• Executive-facing communication and relationship management are essential.

• Own end-to-end post-sales experience for major enterprise accounts, including implementation and growth.
