Job summary

Tangle Teezer US is seeking a US Customer Fulfilment Executive to support the sales order fulfilment cycle and ensure OTIF deliveries to the North America customer base.

You will attend weekly meetings with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and US 3PL, act as the primary contact for account queries, and release orders to the US 3PL for packing and dispatch. You will also coordinate replenishment and help write SOPs.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in operations, transport, supply chain, or related roles.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to solve live issues.
• Ability to review processes, suggest improvements, and document procedures.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly meetings with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and US 3PL teams to provide updates on live orders and distribute the Live List to relevant teams.
• Be the primary contact for all queries related to your accounts, communicating any issues that may impact on the fulfilment of orders.
• Release of sales orders to the US 3PL for packing and despatch.
• Providing Sales Team with replenishment dates for out-of-stock SKUs through coordination with the Production Planners.
• Responsible for keying of Purchase Orders for the Fulfilment Team
• Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on current ways of working and updating as needed.
• Provide general administrative support as and when required
• Responsible for updating the cross references for Customers
• Support with analysis of OTIF results for assigned accounts
• Support with rework requirements & customer onboarding
• Maintain US goods in transit file updates
• Process US fulfilment centre inbound requests from OEMs
