Job summary

Conga is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to own a portfolio of strategic customers in the United States. You will serve as the primary relationship steward, shaping proactive, outcome-driven strategies that deliver measurable value and support retention and expansion.

You will align with Sales to drive shared account strategy, monitor progress against SMART goals, and demonstrate the quantified impact of the Conga platform on customer success and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Enterprise accounts as the primary relationship steward, building proactive, outcome-driven strategies that deliver measurable value and drive retention and expansion.
• Develop SMART goals collaboratively with customers, track progress rigorously, and demonstrate the quantified impact of the Conga platform on their business.
• Align closely with Sales counterparts to drive shared account strategy, identify risks early, and co-create mitigation plans that protect the relationship and revenue.
