Job summary

Conga is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of Enterprise accounts and act as the primary relationship steward. You will work closely with Sales to develop proactive, outcome-driven strategies that demonstrate the value of the Conga platform and drive retention, expansion, and pipeline growth.

The role emphasizes SMART goal setting, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive risk management to ensure customer success and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recen t, hands-on experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, or a closely related customer-facing role.
• Experience in an enterprise or complex mid-market environment is preferred.
• Ability to build SMART, outcome-driven plans with measurable milestones.

Responsibilities
