Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an experienced Customer Marketing Manager to translate client success into market credibility across Sales, Account Management, Delivery and Marketing. You will identify stories, secure approvals and ensure we showcase credible, referenceable proof.

The role requires building case study pipelines, managing references for enterprise clients, and working with cross-functional teams to surface customer wins and advocacy opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent English language skills.
• Proven experience in B2B Customer Marketing, Advocacy or Reference Management.
• Experience in enterprise services, SaaS or technology environments.
• Proven ability to build and manage client case studies and references.
• Experience working with Sales and Account Management teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and approvals navigation.
• Excellent written communication with commercial judgment.
• Confident, professional client-facing communication style.

Responsibilities

• Identify new logo wins and significant project milestones with Sellers and Account Managers.
• Develop and publish strong case studies and client stories across services and product engagements.
• Build and manage structured customer advocacy programs and reference pipelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial teams to surface client stories and manage approvals.
• Support awards submissions and industry recognition programs with PR/Marketing.
