Job summary

Figma is seeking a Customer Enablement Manager to drive adoption and value realization for large enterprise customers on the Figma Weave platform. You will design tailored enablement strategies, uncover new use cases, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless, impactful customer experience.

You will build trusted relationships across roles, translate product features into customer goals, and act as a strategic advisor.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Customer Success, Enablement, or equivalent SaaS role.
• Excellent communication across multiple stakeholder personas.
• Strong product knowledge and customer-first mindset.
• Proven track record of driving adoption and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage adoption journeys for large enterprise customers.
• Use product data to inform proactive engagement strategies.
• Share best practices and use cases to unlock value of Figma Weave.
• Build relationships with stakeholders from individual contributors to senior leaders.
• Identify internal champions to advocate for Figma Weave.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on reviews, expansions, renewals.
• Deliver live and scalable training sessions tailored to customer maturity.
• Coordinate with Onboarding Managers and Solutions Consultants to ensure success.
